Ingredients: 3 pounds Chicken Wings 4 tbsp melted butter or ghee for paleo 2 tbsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves minced 1 tsp Salt 1/3 tsp Black Pepper 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 Chilli Pepper 1 tsp ginger powder 1 tbsp swerve, brown sugar
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200ºC / 400ºF. Place lemon slices on a baking sheet. Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels, pressing down hard to remove as much excess moisture as possible.
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine the melted butter or ghee, brown sugar (swerve), ginger powder, soy sauce, lemon and lime, garlic cloves, chili pepper, salt, black and cayenne pepper.
