Rosemary Cheddar Irish Soda Bread


Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary
2 cups grated sharp cheddar
1 cups buttermilk
1 whole large egg

Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly flour a non stick baking tray or spray with a non stick spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, pepper, rosemary and cheese.
