Ingredients: 2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tbsp ground ginger 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp ground allspice 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp ground cloves 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup molasses
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a 9x5 bread loaf pan by generously spraying the bottoms and side with cooking spray, then set pan aside.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, baking soda, cloves, and salt. Set bowl aside.
