Ingredients: 4 eggs , separated ½ teaspoon cream of tartar 4 ounces cream cheese (see notes for substitution) 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) ⅓ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon herbs (thyme or rosemary or Italian herbs ) 1 teaspoon garlic etc etc etc
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Prepare 2 baking sheets by lining with parchment paper.
Have ready two medium mixing bowls. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks and place in separate bowls.
Add cream of tartar to egg whites, using a hand mixer whisk egg whites on high until soft peaks form when the beater is raised.
