Ingredients: 2.75 cups oats (use GF oats to make for GF option) 1 cup used as oat flour 2 tbsp date nectar 2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice 2.5 bananas 3 tbsp hemp seeds 2 medium apples 1/3-1/2 cup almond milk etc etc etc
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Blend 1 cup of the oats to make oat flour. Pour in a bowl and add in the date nectar (I recommend the brand D'vash), 1 tsp of the cinnamon or pumpkin spice, almond milk and hemp seeds.
Mash the bananas and add into the mixture. Mix everything well until evenly combined.
Chop the apples and add to a food processor with 1 tsp of cinnamon or pumpkin spice.
